WHERE DOES CASE-MATE SHIP?

BoxKodi.com offers a FREE standard shipping option in the domestic United States. We also ship internationally. If you don’t see your country in the shipping options, message our Customer Support team at support.boxkodi.com and they can provide you more information.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS AFTER PAYMENT?

Monday - Friday, your order typically ships the NEXT DAY
During peak times, like Black Friday, your order may ship up to 24-36 hours after it was placed.

For international orders: We use UPS to ship to your country. Then your order is picked up by your local carriers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Domestic – your order typically will arrive in 3-5 days or less, but is up to the carriers discretion. 
International – delivery time will vary based on location. We’ll provide you with all the information necessary for you to keep an eye on your order.

DOES BoxKodi.com EXCLUDE ANY ADDRESSES?

Due to carrier regulations, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes using our Free Standard Service – no express shipping.

HOW WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking is available as soon as your order ships - typically, within 24 hours after your order is placed. We’ll provide tracking links via email after you’ve received your order confirmation.

OW DO I USE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?

You can view tracking via the link in the email we send you. You can also copy the link and paste it into the carrier's website.

For International customers, once in country your order may get a tracking number from your home countries carrier.
